What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and process incoming copyright claims from digital service providers (DSPs) and other entities
- Submit DMCA takedown notices and track responses across various platforms
- Research unauthorized uses of client content and maintain accurate records of enforcement activities
- Support the ingestion and scheduling of music releases across DSPs, ensuring timely delivery
- Provide administrative support to the Distribution team, including data entry and file organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in copyright enforcement, DMCA processing, or digital music rights (internships acceptable)
- Working knowledge of U.S. Copyright Law and the DMCA process
- Experience using CMS or reporting tools across major platforms such as YouTube and TikTok
- Highly detail-oriented with strong written communication and documentation skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in legal compliance related to copyright issues
