      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide inspirational leadership and strategic direction to the Pharmaceutical Sales Specialists
      - Observe interactions with key customers and provide mentorship for team development
      - Develop and deploy customer strategies to maintain and improve sales and market share
      - Recruit, hire, and manage a diverse sales team while motivating them to achieve objectives
      - Analyze district/territory trends and implement plans to address needs and increase market share

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or High School +13 years; Associate +9 years; Master's +2 years)
      - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales
      - Ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
      - Strong business ethics and understanding of basic business principles
      - Driving license - category B

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Preference for candidates to live within the market
      - Exposure to other functional areas of the business such as Sales Training and Marketing
      - Prior experience launching new products
      - Working relationships with top Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
      - Strong ability to assess and develop people with excellent communication skills
