What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Direct contact with customers via phone and email to address inquiries about products and orders
- Achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets through upsell opportunities
- Negotiate prices and terms of sales or service agreements
- Assist the Marketing Department in improving and managing the company's online store
- Develop technical product knowledge through training programs for future development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS Degree in Sports Science, Kinesiology, Epidemiology, Public Health, Sports Medicine, Business Administration, Finance, or Management preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service
- Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office
- Experience with SalesForce and/or Desk.com is a plus
- Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus

- Previous experience in a technical sales role
- Knowledge of research and clinical trial processes
