What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle customer service messages through email, chat, or the employer's communication platform
- Manage and update the Shopify account, including orders, products, and status updates
- Create shipping labels accurately and in a timely manner
- Organize orders, track fulfillment, and ensure all tasks are completed
- Maintain updated records and report any issues to the client
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a Filipino resident permanently residing in the Philippines
- Experience with Shopify at a basic to intermediate level
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to create shipping labels and manage order workflows
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in e-commerce or online retail settings
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Excellent written communication skills
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
