      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Interact with customers via phone, webform, or chat to provide clear and accurate information in an empathetic manner

      - Adapt to changing workflows and manage multiple priorities effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Direct experience in a customer service-related role
      - Bachelor's Degree in English, Spanish, Communication Studies, Humanities, or equivalent experience
      - Availability to work during core business hours of 8 am to 5 pm (Eastern Standard Time), including flexibility for varied shifts
      - High-speed internet connection (>25mbps) and a quiet home workspace
      - Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency with technology and software platforms; experience with Salesforce is a plus
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
      - Quick learning ability to convey complex product details effectively
