What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative economic analyses related to broadband, spectrum, telecommunications, and infrastructure investments
- Clean, manage, and analyze large datasets from various sources
- Support the development and execution of economic, financial, and scenario-based models
- Assist with program evaluation and performance measurement efforts, including KPI analysis
- Develop slides, charts, and data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Public Policy, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
- 3-6 years of professional experience, including federal consulting or government contracting
- Demonstrated experience conducting data-driven analysis in a policy or regulatory context
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, Python, R, or SQL
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain findings to non-technical audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with broadband, telecommunications, or infrastructure-related policy
- Familiarity with economic modeling or program evaluation frameworks
- Experience developing materials for senior government stakeholders
- Comfort working in a fast-paced consulting environment with evolving priorities
