What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Responsible for EHR system implementation, adoption, enhancement, and support
- Produce documentation including workflows, gap analysis, design specifications, and test plans
- Coordinate testing and provide effective communication with stakeholders and project teams
- Prepare training material and conduct training sessions in virtual or in-person settings
- Support system upgrades, patches, and monitor performance while adhering to best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience required
- Strong understanding of EHR systems and ability to navigate through applications
- Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and project teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with healthcare technology integration and technical requirements
- Familiarity with training methodologies and adult learning principles
- Background in project management or coordination within a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of information security best practices
