What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into bookings via phone, text, and email
- Respond to inquiries promptly, ideally within minutes
- Follow up diligently until the guest books or provides a definitive response
- Maintain expert knowledge of the employer’s experiences, packages, and brand voice
- Deliver a personalized, luxurious, and effortless guest journey
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in sales or a similar role
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging customers effectively
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multiple leads simultaneously
- Strong adaptability and active listening skills
- Passion for providing an outstanding guest experience
