      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute B2C sales strategies to achieve yearly sales revenue targets in the North Florida and Orlando territories
      - Develop relationships with candidates and professional partners, effectively communicating product features and services
      - Plan and execute marketing and candidate growth events to enhance market presence for Cochlear products
      - Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities and customer interactions in compliance with company policies
      - Collaborate with B2B teammates to educate and foster relationships with schools and audiology professionals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
      - 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hearing health sector
      - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities
      - Current and valid driver's license with willingness to travel up to 60% of the time
      - Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Fluency in Spanish is preferred
      - Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and web-based applications
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to present information effectively
      - Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain professional relationships
      - Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to challenge the status quo
