What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan and execute technical scope for the Naval Maintenance Repair Overhaul Program
- Manage risk/opportunity, future proposal technical solutions, and interface with stakeholders
- Accountable for engineering technical, cost, and schedule performance
- Track and monitor program performance using ETC/EVM Metrics
- Ensure compliance with technical performance measures and organizational processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to effectively present to program leadership, business leadership, and customers
- Experience developing and executing cost reduction strategies
- Full Spectrum Leadership qualities leading diverse teams
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
- Travel domestically and internationally required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong Agile and DevOps implementation experience
- Knowledge of Military Logistics and Sustainment
- Expertise in engineering processes with a focus on software development
- Experience delivering systems to cloud environments
- 12 to 14+ years of professional experience
