What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage enterprise implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and stabilization, ensuring successful onboarding
- Execute implementation governance practices by tracking milestones and managing dependencies
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define integration requirements and validate data workflows
- Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, ensuring smooth project execution and coordination across teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by participating in post-mortems and refining playbooks and processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-7 years of experience in project management, enterprise implementation, or technical onboarding, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
- Experience with complex client integrations involving EDI, APIs, or structured data exchange
- Strong organizational and communication skills with demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Salesforce, and Confluence
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with healthcare or dental revenue cycle processes, claims workflows, or payer systems
- PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification is a plus
