What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage significant components of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework and strategy
- Facilitate regular enterprise risk assessments and synthesize inputs into actionable insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and refine risk response strategies
- Maintain and update the enterprise risk register and dashboard reporting for accuracy
- Coach risk owners on risk management practices to build capability and ownership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college; focus in Risk Management, Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Technology, or related field preferred
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in risk management or related fields
- Proven experience managing cross-functional work in complex, global environments
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for preparing executive-ready materials
- Strong alignment with values such as Respect for People, Continuous Improvement, and Customer Driven behaviors
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience advising leaders on risk tradeoffs and strategic decision-making
- Familiarity with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools like Workiva
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on sustainable improvements
- Ability to connect risk themes to organizational strategy and priorities
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
