      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement enterprise sales strategies to enhance market share with large employers
      - Achieve or exceed annual sales quotas through effective sales tactics
      - Collaborate with various internal teams to pursue new business opportunities
      - Advocate for client needs to ensure satisfaction with HealthEquity's services
      - Maintain a robust sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly sales goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
      - Minimum of 7 years of strategic selling experience to F2000 companies
      - Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles to human resource leadership
      - Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
      - Strong experience in selling through channel partnerships and benefit brokers

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with consumer-directed benefit solutions and employee benefits
      - Familiarity with the broker/consultant landscape, including major firms
      - Ability to develop strategic solutions for complex requirements in RFPs
      - Experience in upselling new products to existing clients
      - Proven ability to work effectively with strategic partners
