What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Reach out to cold prospects via phone and email to generate interest in KnowBe4 products
- Qualify prospects to determine their potential as customers
- Pass qualified and interested prospects to assigned Territory/Account Executive(s)
- Maintain organized records of communications and follow-ups with prospects
- Collaborate with team members to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT Security field
- Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience with a CRM or other sales tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated ability to be "pleasantly persistent" when reaching out to prospects
- Strong organizational skills and a results-oriented mindset
- A friendly phone voice and ability to leave engaging messages
