What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Operate various heavy and agricultural equipment safely, including trucks, loaders, and excavators
- Ensure timely loading, unloading, and delivery of materials to designated locations
- Travel between job sites, which may include overnight stays and working evenings or weekends
- Conduct daily inspections and perform preventative maintenance on equipment
- Maintain accurate operation records and assist with shop maintenance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Driver's License
- Minimum of 2 years of project work experience preferred
- Ability to operate heavy or agricultural equipment safely
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with basic math and mechanical/electrical aptitude
- Proficient in using smartphones for operational tasks
- Previous experience in outdoor work environments
