What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct phone interviews using a computer or laptop, administering research questionnaires
- Engage with respondents from diverse backgrounds across Pennsylvania
- Commit to a minimum of 8-10 hours of work per week
- Maintain reliable internet access for remote work or reliable transportation for in-person work
- Participate in paid training sessions to become an effective interviewer
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be self-motivated and reliable
- Weekend availability is mandatory
- No prior experience in a call center or research is necessary
- Ability to work at least 8-10 hours a week
- Must have reliable transportation for in-person work or reliable internet for remote work
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service or research-related roles
- Familiarity with telephone interviewing techniques
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse populations
