      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide comprehensive calendar management for multiple executives, including scheduling complex meetings across time zones
      - Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
      - Prepare meeting agendas, capture accurate notes, and track action items to completion
      - Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
      - Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders to ensure clear communication

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar corporate administrative support role
      - High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills managing multiple deadlines
      - Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
      - Strong executive presence and problem-solving skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels

      - Experience coordinating small and large-scale meetings and events, including advanced planning and logistics
      - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
