What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Follow proven scripts and processes to secure appointments
- Log every call and interaction accurately in the CRM
- Overcome objections and consistently maintain a high conversion rate
- Schedule appointments for licensed sales agents
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2 years of recent outbound phone-based appointment-setting experience
- Proven confidence handling objections and excellent communication skills
- Must reside and work in the United States
- Reliable home office setup and strong internet connection
- Ability to commit to at least 35 hours weekly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales appointment-setting, particularly in estate and asset protection planning
- Familiarity with CRM systems and appointment-setting scripts
- Strong organizational skills to manage call logs and schedules
- Track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics in previous roles
