  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Deliver technical training and support on molecular and UBT platforms to customers and internal teams.
  - Monitor customer installations and ensure proper performance of instruments to enhance satisfaction.
  - Conduct product demonstrations, assist with instrument setup, and perform software upgrades.
  - Address technical questions from customers and provide follow-up support to ensure successful implementation.
  - Report and resolve product-related issues in coordination with the internal Technical Support team.
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or Medical Laboratory Science.
  - MT or MLS ASCP Certification is required.
  - Minimum 4-5 years of experience in customer support or hands-on instrumentation.
  - Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
  - Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in the clinical laboratory or diagnostic industry.
  - Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and good scientific principles.
  - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  - Flexibility to accommodate customer schedules.
