      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Investigate and adjust workers' compensation claims with the highest potential exposure
      - Analyze coverage, determine compensability, and establish reserves while negotiating settlements
      - Conduct face-to-face meetings with claimants and insureds
      - Prepare large loss reports for both internal and external audiences
      - Collaborate closely with defense attorneys and other vendors including medical case management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 10 years of Tennessee workers' compensation claims adjusting experience with higher exposure claims
      - Active Tennessee BWC Adjuster Certification preferred
      - Must reside in Tennessee
      - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with various internal and external contacts
      - Industry designations such as Associate in Claims are a plus

      - Experience with complex claims and advanced negotiation skills
      - Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices
      - Proven ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Previous experience collaborating with legal professionals in claims processes
