What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive customer acquisition through door-to-door conversations and community outreach
- Create standout experiences by sharing service benefits and delivering post-sale follow-up
- Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional partners to support additional duties and special projects
- Guide customers smoothly into T-Mobile services by addressing inquiries and delivering effective product presentations
- Adapt sales approaches to diverse customer needs and shifting market conditions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Consistent track record of hitting sales targets in retail or direct sales
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in direct-to-consumer sales, particularly door-to-door
