What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct professional and compelling sales presentations in customers' homes
- Assess customer needs and develop individually-tailored product recommendations
- Prepare customized price quotes and present warranty and financing options
- Prospect for new customers inside assigned stores and during industry events
- Maintain relationships with store management and educate associates on offerings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Minimum of 1 year of previous related work experience
- High school diploma or GED is typically required
- Ability to handle moderate lifting and standing for extended periods
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior in-home or virtual sales experience
- Experience in the home improvement industry
- Successful lead generation experience
- Proficiency with technology and applications (email, iPad, apps, etc.)
