      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical support to the Field Service Representative (FSR) team for complex issues
      - Troubleshoot and resolve challenging technical problems while ensuring compliance with specifications
      - Advise on new products and features, providing necessary updates to Technical Publications and Training Content teams
      - Complete field campaign instructions and technical manuals
      - Collaborate with other Field Service Engineers and perform additional assigned tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in automotive-related programs preferred
      - 5+ years of automotive manufacturer (OEM) engineering level technical service support experience
      - 5+ years of experience in Root Cause Analysis processes
      - 8+ years of school bus or 10+ years of medium-duty truck experience
      - Commercial Class B driver's license

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Engineering level chassis, body, electrical, and/or powertrain technical knowledge
      - Experience in CAN communication and/or J1939 protocol
      - Proficient with common medium/heavy-duty tooling such as Allison Doc and Cummins InSite
      - Strong project management skills with exposure to complex projects
      - Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills
