      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support field sales activity by providing installation, onboarding, and training for diagnostic systems
      - Manage customer relations and education upon sale completion, coordinating installations and follow-ups
      - Conduct hands-on technical training for clients on software and diagnostic products
      - Troubleshoot system performance and address customer support needs
      - Collaborate with sales and technical support teams to resolve technical issues and optimize workflows

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA degree in a related field preferred, or a combination of education and industry experience
      - Minimum of 4 years of relevant technical experience with demonstrated success
      - Previous experience in veterinary medicine and customer service preferred
      - Knowledge of in-house diagnostics and prior experience with diagnostic systems
      - Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer networks

      - Experience in installation and training of in-house diagnostic systems
      - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively during high workload periods
      - Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented attitude
      - Familiarity with veterinary diagnostic processes and equipment
      - Willingness to travel extensively for clinic visits
