What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate daily hardware/software invoices in QuickBooks Online and the Professional Services Automation & Billing System
- Create and maintain various types of contracts, ensuring compliance and timely renewals
- Process bi-weekly payroll and coordinate employee benefits enrollments and changes
- Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts, supporting month-end close activities
- Manage administrative operations, including document control and responding to HR requests
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Completion of or willingness to enroll in a Bookkeeper Certificate Program or an Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years in accounting support roles
- At least 1 year of experience in a professional services environment
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and a Professional Services Automation & Billing System
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in IT services or a managed service provider setting
- Knowledge of California HR/payroll processes
- Familiarity with audit support and regulatory filings
- Understanding of prevailing wages and public works requirements
