What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own P&L forecasting, monthly revenue projections, and variance analysis specifically for the Mortgage Business Unit
- Build and maintain dynamic financial models to project revenue and analyze margin impacts
- Provide month-end close execution support for the BPM business unit
- Execute core month-end financial tasks, including complex cost allocations and detailed report analysis
- Collaborate with department heads to update actuals and build precise projections for revenue and expenses
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1 to 3 years of rigorous experience in public accounting, FP&A, restructuring, or corporate finance
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with proven ability to build financial models from scratch
- Deep understanding of accounting principles and the mechanics of the three financial statements
- Ability to navigate and extract data from BI platforms like Qlik
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with NetSuite ERP is a strong advantage
