What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with the preparation of routine financial reports, summaries, and dashboards to support management review
- Support month-end and quarter-end close activities by validating data and performing basic variance analysis
- Collect, organize, and maintain financial data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy in reporting
- Partner with internal teams to respond to routine financial questions and data requests
- Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned by Finance leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 0-2 years of relevant experience, including internships, co-ops, or entry-level finance roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work comfortably with numbers and data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial systems or ERP tools is a plus
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with finance and non-finance partners
