      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver department-wide inventory reconciliations to support financial reporting and audit requirements
      - Create inventory reconciliations for each Working Capital Fund agency within the Department of Work
      - Establish subledger-to-General Ledger tie-points for reconciling quantities and values
      - Track Work-in-Process and in-transit inventory items, managing inter-agency transfers
      - Identify unmatched or unreconciled balances and provide corrective actions to resolve discrepancies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Subledger-to-General Ledger
      - At least 5 years of experience identifying unmatched/unreconciled balances
      - Experience with Advana/Foundry environments
      - Active SECRET Clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a defense or government contracting environment
      - Familiarity with inventory management systems
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to work collaboratively within a team
      - Excellent communication skills
