What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable with numerical logic
- Experience in personal finance or fintech, including knowledge of forecasting and retirement planning
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail, especially with calculations and complex rules
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured steps
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Exposure to QA, scenario testing, or acceptance criteria writing
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Coda, Figma, or analytics platforms
