      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify accounts with credit balances that may qualify for refunds and research related documentation
      - Analyze documentation to ensure accurate posting of all payments and adjustments
      - Review multiple hospital systems for outstanding self-pay balances and make necessary corrections
      - Prepare refund requests with required documentation for approval by the Refund Specialist Team Lead and/or Manager
      - Verify accuracy of checks received from accounting and ensure documentation alignment before mailing to insurance companies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
      - One year of cash posting or related experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in healthcare billing or accounts receivable management
      - Familiarity with hospital billing systems and insurance processes
