What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and assess transaction monitoring alerts for potential money laundering or illicit activities
- Conduct blockchain wallet screening and open-source searches related to customer activity
- Prepare clear and concise dispositions of potential suspicious activities for reporting
- Collaborate with team leads and compliance heads on unusual findings and case escalations
- Ensure timely completion and submission of transaction monitoring alerts and investigations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Financial Crime/Compliance analytical or investigative roles
- Proficient in blockchain analytics solutions (e.g., Chainalysis, TRM, Elliptic)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment
- Fluent in English with good communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a fast-paced fintech or cryptocurrency company
- Certifications in blockchain analytics solutions (e.g., Chainalysis, TRM)
- Proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and financial crime detection
