      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify individual member needs and document interventions based on relationships and assessments
      - Provide support to members through various settings and assist with support groups as needed
      - Contribute to case management meetings to ensure a collaborative approach for each member
      - Complete documentation for member contacts, cancellations, and care plans per organizational policies
      - Communicate professionally with members, families, physicians, and community agencies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist or Peer Support Specialist
      - Successful participation in a recovery program
      - Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
      - Ability to maintain excellent punctuality and attendance during work hours
      - Willingness to travel locally within Florida, with daytime travel between 25% - 50%

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a behavioral health or substance use disorder environment
      - Familiarity with case management and community resources
      - Previous experience in outreach or community engagement roles
      - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships
      - Knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to member services
