      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the foreclosure process from referral to post-foreclosure, addressing issues and conducting necessary reviews
      - Communicate with foreclosure attorneys to minimize delays and resolve contested actions
      - Provide status updates to investors and assemble documentation for audits
      - Generate scheduled and ad hoc reports related to foreclosure activities
      - Ensure compliance with investor deadlines and prepare bidding instructions according to guidelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A combined 3 years of higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 1 year in Default Servicing
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
      - Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software
      - Motivated team player with a positive and friendly attitude

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3 years of experience in Default Servicing or related fields (e.g., Collections, REO, Loss Mitigation)
      - Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
      - Knowledge of bank and departmental systems
      - Understanding of mortgage products, including home equity loans and lines of credit
      - Experience reading and comprehending legal documents
