      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor the progress of foreclosures, ensuring compliance with state/federal and investor guidelines
      - Serve as the primary escalation contact for team members and external parties
      - Research and update loans on foreclosure exception reports, ensuring accurate tracking
      - Approve additional attorney fees and maintain records of legal expenses on litigation files
      - Conduct regular reviews of assigned loans and ensure adherence to compliance standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A combined 4 years of higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a Default Servicing-related field
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
      - Ability to work effectively in a team environment
      - Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3 years of experience in a Default Servicing-related field
      - Proven leadership ability and experience training new staff
      - Knowledge of bank and departmental systems
      - Understanding of mortgage products, including home equity loans and lines of credit
      - Experience in implementing procedure and process changes
