What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct comprehensive, proactive prospect research to identify and cultivate potential donors
- Prepare individualized prospect profiles, briefings, and strategy recommendations
- Analyze and manage the portfolios of approximately seven fundraisers to drive donor engagement
- Maintain accuracy of the foundation's donor database and capture intel from meetings
- Conduct quarterly portfolio reviews and develop new tactics for pipeline development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of prospect research and management experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, and iWave is desired but not required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with donor engagement strategies and philanthropic viability assessments
- Experience working in a nonprofit or healthcare environment
