What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Calculate and process monthly, quarterly, and annual sales commissions based on approved compensation plans
- Maintain and update commission tracking spreadsheets and produce thorough process documentation
- Assist in modeling new commission plans and incentive structures to standardize and improve commission processes
- Support the monthly preparation and review of CARR/ARR reporting and assist with reconciliations
- Collaborate with various departments to collect data and ensure accuracy of commission calculations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, commissions, sales operations, or accounting/payroll
- Prior experience working in a SaaS company strongly preferred
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a high-growth environment and with PE/VC backed companies
- Familiarity with ERP and financial planning systems, such as Salesforce, Xactly, and Workday Adaptive Insights
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets
