What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the planning, design, and application of geospatial tools to support military operations
- Develop and apply innovative solutions to complex problems in the defense sector
- Mentor and supervise team members in technical competencies and company practices
- Collaborate as a key member of a client delivery team to solve engineering or targeting challenges
- Contribute to the development of new principles and concepts in geospatial technology
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience with geospatial technology and applications supporting the DoD or the Intelligence Community
- Experience with Esri tools, applications, and support
- Proven project management experience
- Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam
- Bachelor's degree in a Geospatial field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data science, AI, or machine learning
- Knowledge of geospatial applications to counter weapons of mass destruction (WMD)
- Familiarity with Maximo and geospatial asset management
- Strong ability to navigate deadlines and manage time effectively
- Master's degree in a relevant field
