      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and maintain accurate data in the Raiser’s Edge NXT database, including creating and updating constituent records
      - Process various types of gifts, including cash, online, direct-mail, and pledges, while ensuring compliance with financial protocols
      - Coordinate the acknowledgment letter process and manage acknowledgment inquiries
      - Troubleshoot gift entry issues and address internal inquiries regarding donors and gifts
      - Collaborate with the finance team to review financial information related to processed gifts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Prior experience in a fundraising department and with a fundraising database (e.g., Raiser’s Edge NXT or similar) at an associate level
      - Strong computer skills, including expertise with Microsoft Office Suite
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong reading comprehension skills
      - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
      - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Global nonprofit experience is a plus
      - Passion for humanitarian work and/or global Jewish service is strongly preferred
