What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide executive support to the CEO and chief-level staff, including managing calendars and coordinating meetings
- Organize logistics for in-person board meetings and executive events, ensuring all details are executed smoothly
- Draft and distribute minutes and follow up on actions from board and executive meetings
- Monitor and respond to general communication channels, ensuring timely and appropriate responses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute key organizational projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience providing executive support to C-level executives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools/software
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- High level of emotional intelligence and ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a nonprofit organization or youth development sector
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with board governance and meeting protocols
- Demonstrated passion for the mission of Girls on the Run
- Ability to travel occasionally for meetings and events
