What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and produce high-quality graphic assets for corporate events, including branding, presentations, and signage
- Collaborate with event producers and internal stakeholders to ensure visual elements align with event themes
- Edit and produce engaging event highlight and promotional videos using industry-standard software
- Participate in event planning meetings to contribute creative ideas and ensure integration of visual assets
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring completion of graphics and videos meets quality standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 6-7 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an event or corporate environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro)
- Strong portfolio showcasing event graphics, branding, and video editing work
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with motion graphics and animation (e.g., After Effects)
- Understanding of live event technology (e.g., projection mapping, LED walls, streaming platforms)
- Photography skills and experience with video shooting
- Knowledge of brand strategy and corporate communications best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively
