      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design social media graphics to support campaign outreach and engagement
      - Develop visual campaign materials, including digital graphics, posters, and communication products
      - Create motion graphics and multimedia assets for digital campaign initiatives
      - Ensure visual consistency across all campaign materials while adhering to established brand guidelines
      - Collaborate with communications, research, and digital teams to produce visually engaging campaign products

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field
      - 4-7 years of experience in developing graphics and digital campaign assets
      - Demonstrated experience creating visual content for digital communications and multimedia campaigns
      - Experience designing social media graphics, posters, and digital communication products
      - Ability to coordinate with project leadership to meet schedules and requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
