What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Market, position, and sell the employer's Group Benefits portfolio products to designated brokers
- Maintain and develop broker relationships to enhance sales and client retention
- Achieve personal sales production expectations through strategic sales initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends and consumer demands
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase sales effectiveness
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A BS or BA degree or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum of two years of group insurance sales experience or relevant combination of experience and education
- Knowledge of industry products and processes related to group insurance and benefits
- Ability to obtain required industry licensing within 90 days of hire
- Strong judgment and integrity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Worksite, LTD, and complex absence products
- Familiarity with online enrollment and dental network analysis processes
- Proven track record of building rapport with clients and brokers
