      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide sales support through collaboration with sales teams and deliver technical product training
      - Review and investigate claims, determining root causes and implementing corrective actions
      - Partner with Quality and Sales to address escalated quality issues affecting customer satisfaction
      - Assist in developing and maintaining product specifications and formulations
      - Provide educational training and technical support to internal and external customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Horticultural Science or a related field (MS or PhD preferred)
      - Minimum five years of experience in the horticulture industry, focusing on greenhouse and nursery production
      - Strong knowledge of horticulture, greenhouse production, and growing media
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and digital communication tools
      - Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds regularly and work in various physical conditions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced degrees (MS or PhD) in Horticultural Science or related fields
      - Experience with experimental design and statistical analysis
      - Strong public speaking and presentation skills
      - Proven track record in negotiation and sales within the horticulture industry
      - Adaptability and leadership in managing change
