What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and refine operational strategies focusing on scalable workflows to enhance customer outcomes
- Automate customer lifecycle workflows, including onboarding, renewal engagement, and churn prevention
- Manage and optimize the customer success tech stack, ensuring strong data hygiene and consistent usage
- Analyze renewal pipeline health and support territory planning across customer success segments
- Build dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and provide actionable insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, or related roles in a SaaS environment
- Strong Salesforce administration skills, including Flows, validation rules, custom objects, and reporting
- Ability to embody values of clarity, care, and candor
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive environment for diverse backgrounds and experiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong analytical and technical skills with hands-on experience in building dashboards and data models
- Familiarity with customer success, CRM, and analytics systems, including Salesforce and AI automation tools
- Proven ability to diagnose operational inefficiencies and deliver scalable solutions
- Solid understanding of SaaS customer metrics, including health, adoption, retention, and expansion
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for cross-functional work
