      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer a high volume of live inbound calls and make outbound calls to assist Medicare or Value-based Care customers
      - Educate customers on Value-based Care physician networks and schedule appointments as needed
      - Document correspondence, process requests, and update account history according to quality standards
      - Perform data entry, match, and verify documents to ensure accurate account information
      - Engage with customers via phone, chat, or email to verify insurance policy and plan details

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have a smartphone device for authentication when logging into company tools
      - Minimum typing speed requirement of 25 words per minute
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Ability to work independently and adapt to process changes
      - Must be at least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in customer service via phone, email, or live chat support
      - Background in healthcare, sales, billing, collections, or technical support roles
