What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze public health and behavioral health conditions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Conduct financial data analyses and summarize reports to inform strategic decision-making
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative research methods to support strategy development and innovation
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to senior leadership and public forums
- Oversee data collection, management, and analysis related to health planning and partnerships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Statistics, Mathematics, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field AND five (5) years of healthcare analysis experience; OR Master's degree in Planning with three (3) years of experience
- Valid Texas Driver's License
- Knowledge of public administration, health financing, and budget policies
- Ability to conduct statistical analysis and evaluate complex data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for high-level decision-making

- Knowledge of project management methodologies and practices
- Familiarity with performance measurement and logic models
- Background in public health or behavioral health program assessment
