      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute care delivery strategy across the enterprise and engage with operations leaders to deploy key initiatives
      - Provide onboarding and targeted education to operations leaders and line staff regarding strategic initiatives
      - Serve as a resource specialist/consultant on care delivery strategies, leveraging operational experience for standardization
      - Conduct on-site assessments to observe implementation of care delivery strategies and identify best practices
      - Develop strong relationships and strategic partnerships with subject matter experts and leaders at all levels

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field (direct patient care, allied health, healthcare management)
      - Five (5) years of clinical and case management operations experience in an acute healthcare setting
      - Seven (7) years of management experience in clinical functions within an acute healthcare delivery system

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field preferred
      - Five (5) years of clinical utilization/case management experience in a complex delivery system
      - Five (5) years of operational leadership experience in the healthcare field in a complex delivery system
      - Familiarity with Epic Systems Software for Electronic Health Records
