      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the CMS EPCS Program policy and compliance
      - Coordinate EPCS non-compliance notices, waiver applications, and determinations
      - Analyze compliance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
      - Develop briefing papers and contribute to annual program outcome reports
      - Provide support for Level 2 help desk inquiries and outreach materials

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, business administration, or a related field
      - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a policy, analytic, regulatory, or support role within a healthcare or government setting
      - In-depth knowledge of CMS regulations and guidelines, particularly related to quality programs
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and issues in compliance data
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree (MPH, MHA, MPP) in a relevant field
      - Experience supporting large government healthcare programs or in a clinical setting
      - Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data analysis tools such as Python, Dovetail, and Adobe Analytics
      - Experience with CMS systems, particularly Integrated Data Repository
      - Knowledge of Tableau or PowerBI for data visualization and reporting
