What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals through various channels including job boards and social media.
- Build and maintain relationships and pipelines for current and future staffing needs.
- Conduct interviews, review applications, and complete reference checks for candidates.
- Act as a liaison for client facilities and newly hired talent to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and internal policies, handling confidential information in accordance with HIPAA standards.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or higher degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort navigating recruiting systems.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
- Experience in healthcare staffing or recruiting is strongly preferred.
