What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee operational performance for the Specialist Program and contribute to strategic initiatives
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize ROI for patient ambassador support
- Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to drive performance and meet client expectations
- Manage a diverse workload and competing priorities while adhering to guidelines
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders to ensure program oversight
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or relevant work experience
- Proven experience managing teams
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the call center industry or related field
- Strong experience with customer database management and CRM tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for leading collaborative efforts
